The dealership is the tycoon half of the game. Walk green floor buttons to spend cash. The completion percent sits at the bottom of the HUD while you are on your plot.
One Regular lot is the gate
You do not need all three Regular lots. One Regular lot at 100% opens Police, Fire, Moto, Race, and Hyper, and it is the free trading unlock. Approximate cash to finish, from community button totals:
| Lot | About this much cash |
|---|---|
| Regular 1 | 1,686,100 |
| Regular 2 | 1,611,200 |
| Regular 3 | 1,737,380 |
| Hyper | 8,309,000 |
Regular 2 is the cheapest of the three. If a live button disagrees, trust the button. Foxzie has retuned prices before.
Other lots
Police adds arrest work at places such as the bank, gas station, and jewelry store. Fire adds blaze calls. Both count as complete at 98%, so a last cosmetic button is not a progression wall.
Moto, Race, and Hyper can be skip-unlocked for 99 Robux each, and so can Police and Fire. The skip opens the plot. It does not buy the buttons inside. Hyper still wants millions after the skip. Custom races are hosted from the Racing dealership. Public race votes work from any lot.
50% and the Showcase Garage
At 50% on any dealership the Showcase Garage adds five slots: two free pads and three themed for Zenvo cars (Aurora Agil, TSR-GT, and TSR-GT Foxzie Edition). Park something the moment those pads appear.
Build order
- Claim Regular 2 if it is free, otherwise any Regular plot.
- Buy platforms before decorative furniture.
- Push to 50% and fill the new slots.
- Finish 100% (or 98% on Police or Fire).
- Then pick Police, Fire, Moto, Race, or Hyper as the next identity.
A fire truck entered the cash shop on 5 September 2026. It is a Fire-lot display, not a reason to abandon a Regular lot that is already most of the way done. Ford vehicles were removed on 28 May 2025 after a copyright strike. Ignore older videos that tell you to buy a Mustang for a specific button.
